If the adhesive pads don't hold, you can try using a helmet mount specifically designed for action cams. These mounts typically come with straps or clips that securely attach the camera to the helmet. Another option is to use zip ties or strong rubber bands to secure the camera to the helmet. Additionally, you can consider using a combination of adhesive pads and a mount for added security. **

You can record action cam videos with sound by using a camera that has a built-in microphone or by attaching an external microphone to the camera. Make sure the microphone is positioned in a way that it can capture clear audio while you are recording. Additionally, you can also use a separate audio recording device to capture sound and then sync it with the video during the editing process. It's important to test the audio setup before recording to ensure that the sound quality is clear and free from any unwanted noise. **

The choice between a roller helmet and a motocross helmet depends on the activity you will be engaging in. If you are rollerblading or skateboarding, a roller helmet would be more suitable as it is designed for those specific sports and provides adequate protection for impacts common in those activities. On the other hand, if you are riding a motorcycle or participating in motocross, a motocross helmet would be the better option as it offers additional protection for higher speeds and more intense impacts. It is important to choose the helmet that is designed for the specific activity you will be doing to ensure maximum safety. **

The choice between a ski helmet and a riding helmet depends on the activity you are participating in. If you are skiing, a ski helmet is designed to provide protection against the specific risks associated with skiing, such as collisions with other skiers or obstacles. On the other hand, if you are horseback riding, a riding helmet is designed to protect against the risks associated with horseback riding, such as falls from a horse. It's important to choose the appropriate helmet for the specific activity to ensure the best protection. **

To attach an action camera to a helmet, you can use a helmet mount that is specifically designed for action cameras. These mounts typically come with adhesive backing that allows you to securely attach the mount to the helmet. Once the mount is in place, you can then attach the action camera to the mount using the camera's mounting system. It's important to make sure the camera is securely attached and that the angle of the camera is adjusted to capture the desired footage. **

Using a visor that is not designed for your helmet may compromise safety and functionality. **

The choice between a full-face helmet and a motocross helmet depends on the type of riding you will be doing. A full-face helmet provides more overall protection as it covers the entire head and face, making it ideal for street riding and high-speed activities. On the other hand, a motocross helmet is designed for off-road riding and provides better ventilation and visibility, with a sun peak to block the sun and roost. Ultimately, the best helmet for you will depend on your specific riding needs and preferences. **
